Fresh Pasta!!!!
It is fantastic that here at the Art Institue of Wisconsin our Culinary Instructors offer a series of open labs that allow us opportunities to learn addtional skills. This was a very interesting time with Chef Alisa. I had never had the chance to work with her but it was amazing. She is extremely passionate
about food and about the way that food is handled. In this lab we learned how to make pasta from scratch which was very eye opening…its a lot of work!!! The end result of all of the work to create pasta dough to filling and shaping pasta was well worth it!! I will definitely do it again.
