This was a demo with Chef Craig. Here he is explaining how flavors are layer in Asian cuisine. We saw him make Dashi which is a stock made from Kambu seaweed and Benito fish flakes. It was interesting to experience the different flavors and smells that Asian ingredients bring. Once the dish was
