This week’s menus were quite a bit of work, but the cuisine from this region was one of the most exciting ones of the term. Each item that we prepared had a combination of items to create one dish. Combination cooking techniques were vital to completing the menu successfully. It was a fantastic time and the first time that we felt like we were getting a handle on the time management piece of what we learn in lab. The food was mmmmmmmm good!!!! These are recipes that I will definitely commit to memory!
